We understand how challenging it can be to navigate mental health issues for adults and children. Our in-person and online psychiatry services provide support to help you and your family manage autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

We Accept Various Health Plans
We believe that cost should never be a barrier to accessing quality mental health services including major insurance plans including AETNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Anthem, Quest, Carelon, Oscar, Optum, and Ascension. Currently we do not accept Medicaid Plans but are actively seeking enrollment.

Expert Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Chapple, DHA-E, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a Double Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 years of extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health disorders in children and adults. She specializes in Autism and other Neurodivergent conditions. She is trained in addiction medicine from Rush University and currently working with Ketamine therapy in Wisconsin. She is licensed in IL, OR, WA, and WI.

Her mission is to provide education on holistic options as well as traditional medicine and therapy to improve mental wellness and sustainability. She is an executive healthcare leader and in her spare time volunteers and spends time with her family.
Expert Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Da’Vonya Wilson DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a doctorate of nursing practice degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has more than 8 years of psychiatric nursing experience. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing and Minors in Psychology and Multiculturalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her PMHNP experience includes inpatient, outpatient, and consult liaison work. She is currently working on her Perinatal Mental Health certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. Dr. Wilson has a passion for providing evidence based care to underserved populations. She combines medication management with therapeutic support to help patients achieve stability, resilience, and improved quality of life. Her practice philosophy centers on collaboration, empathy, and empowerment. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with her furbabies, and completing plant chores.
